California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, applies to for-profit businesses with gross annual revenue above $26,625,000 (the threshold as adjusted January 1, 2025), or that buy, sell or share the personal information of 100,000 or more California residents or households, or earn half or more of their revenue from selling or sharing it.
