Zapier, Make or n8n?
Zapier is the easiest to maintain and has the widest app library; it gets expensive at high task volumes. Make is cheaper per operation and better for complex branching. n8n can be self-hosted, which makes high-volume or sensitive workflows much cheaper to run, but it needs someone to look after a server. We compare them with real costs in Zapier vs. Make vs. n8n.
